AI Disclaimer
Last updated April 2026
1. How We Use AI
Signal Executive Marketing uses artificial intelligence as a supporting tool in our service delivery. AI assists our team with research, creative development, copy drafting, data analysis, workflow automation, and operational support.
Our AI systems are powered by third-party large language models and machine learning services accessed via secure APIs. The specific models and providers we use may change over time as technology evolves.
2. What AI Does
- Drafts copy, creative concepts, and messaging variations for human review and refinement
- Supports research on prospective clients, competitors, and market context using publicly available data
- Assists with campaign creative variations, audience concept generation, and ad copy drafting
- Automates internal operational workflows including research, data verification, and first-pass outreach drafting
- Supports analysis of campaign performance data and attribution reporting
3. What AI Does Not Do
- Provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice
- Make final decisions about brand direction, campaign strategy, creative selection, or budget allocation without human review
- Access or store protected health information (PHI), medical records, or payment card data
- Guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, booking volume, or return on ad spend
- Replace the need for human oversight, craft judgment, and approval in creative and campaign work
- Independently contact your customers or prospects without human-approved workflows
4. Human Oversight
All AI-assisted outputs are subject to human review before client delivery or external deployment. This includes:
- Brand and design work is led by human creative direction; AI is a tool, not the author
- Ad creative and copy are reviewed and approved before deployment
- Audience concepts and targeting strategies are reviewed by our team before campaign launch
- Attribution data and performance reports are validated before client delivery
- AI-drafted communications are reviewed before being sent externally
5. Accuracy and Limitations
While our AI-supported systems are carefully configured, they are not perfect. AI may occasionally:
- Produce creative output that requires significant human adjustment or rejection
- Generate research results that are incomplete or outdated
- Misinterpret data patterns, especially with small or inconsistent datasets
- Experience latency or temporary unavailability due to third-party service outages
This is why human oversight is built into every stage of our service delivery. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, and we are not liable for business decisions made based solely on AI-generated analysis or recommendations.
6. Data Handling in AI Operations
Data processed through our AI systems is handled through secure, encrypted API connections. Data may be:
- Stored for service delivery, quality monitoring, and performance reporting
- Used in anonymized or aggregated form to improve our systems and methods
- Shared with the client on whose behalf the work is being performed
Data handling is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not use individual client data to train third-party AI models. Client data is not shared between clients or used for any purpose outside the scope of the active engagement.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients who engage our services are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, current, and lawfully obtained data for the engagement
- Ensuring their use of our services and the resulting campaigns comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, FTC advertising guidelines, and industry-specific requirements
- Reviewing and approving AI-assisted outputs before use in customer-facing materials or campaigns
- Notifying us of any changes to their business, services, pricing, or policies that affect campaign accuracy
- Obtaining any necessary consents from their customers before sharing customer data with us
8. Transparency
We believe in being straightforward about AI's role in our services. When AI is used to generate drafts, analyze data, or produce recommendations, we will clearly communicate this to our clients. We do not misrepresent AI-generated work as exclusively human-produced.
